Responsibility: Art Pickering's Provo Turtle Divers/Dive Reservation Services participating tour operators, and/or their agents offices and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents of the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants and any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of default any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or acts of any government or authority. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sale contract between the airlines and purchaser or these tours and/or passenger. The payment for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions in the conditions list as specified in brochure/web site. The prices of these tours are based on prices in effect at the time of the printing/posting and are subject to change without notice and subject to government approval.
Validity: November 1, 2005- December 20, 2007.
Deposit: A $100.00 per person deposit is due within seven days after verbal confirmation.
Full Payment: The total tour cost is due 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: Specifies that cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departures will be subject to penalty charge.
Diving only Cancellation Policy: If you have pre-paid (which is our lower rate) for any of your diving from our Reservations Office (the 800 number in the USA), then any unused portion is non-refundable once you've left your country of origin. If you have not pre-paid but have a reservation, a strict 24 hour cancellation policy does apply. Less than 24 hours, full charges do apply for diving. Please make sure you understand our cancellation policies prior to booking.
Cancellation Penalty: Depending on the proximity to departure and individual property involved, the penalty for cancellation within the penalty period described above can be a maximum of three nights EP accommodations charges plus $25.00. If the reservation was less than 14 nights, then the penalty can be the EP rate for the length of stay plus $25.00.
Refunds: There will be no refunds for unused land or dive features. All other claims must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after tour ends.
Re-documentation: Any changes made after documents have been issued will be subject to a minimum of $10.00 re-documentation charge.
Items Included In Your Cost: Only those features which are specified in the "Package Includes" section. U.S. and departure taxes are not included in tour cost. Unless specified, hotel taxes, maid gratuities and energy surcharges are not included and will be collected from the guest at checkout time. Tour prices include the cost of tour planning and development.
Prices: Are those in effect at the time of printing/posting and are subject to change without notice.
Travel Documents: United States citizens must present proof of citizenship- starting January 1, 2007, all US Citizens must have a passport to enter back into the USA. All other nationalities should check entry requirement to the United States prior to booking tour.
Airfare Restriction: Airfares used in combination with tours featured in this brochure/web site may be special tour basing a bulk airfares that are subject to some restrictions. Deviation from original flight itinerary may result in an additional fare collection. Check with your agent for full details.
Hotel Accommodations: Unless otherwise specified, all accommodations will be assigned on run-of-the-house basis.

Hotel's Specific Cancellation Policies:
Turtle Cove Inn: Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of payment of a three (3) night deposit sent to Turtle Cove Inn, which will be applied to any nights canceled. Deposits will be forfeited if guaranteed reservations are not canceled 30 or more days in advance or applied to any nights canceled during stay. Credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa. Travelers checks are accepted. U.S. foreign personal or business checks are not accepted.
